Cannot login to Family search but can login to lds account

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

It is possible your Church Account does not have your membership record number (MRN) registered in your account. Read the "PLEASE READ FIRST: Answers to Most Church Account Problems" thread for issues and solutions to Church Account problems.
