I've just received my tax statement for 2019 and all my bpay payments except 1 fast offering payment are missing for 6 months worth of tithing. My member number is added to my account, so this is not the problem. Everyone else in my ward has all their payments showing. Does anyone know how to fix this? I did have a statement of payments in January for tithing settlement for these payments from my ward, but none are showing on my statement or payment history online.
