My membership number IS connected to my account and is correct. My birth date is also correct. I opened the youth training and got some of the way through about two weeks ago but now when I click "launch training" I get a message "In order to have this training recorded, you need to have your Church Account linked with your membership record number (MRN)." Any ideas?

Happening to me and another in my ward. MRN number is linked, still can't proceed through to training.

I've got multiple people in my ward having this same issue. When we click on "update MRN" it takes us to our account, which has both the correct member number AND birth date. Same story for each one having the problem.

Trying to access the training through my account and am being told to link my MRN. When I follow the links it shows my MRN is already in the system with no way to add or update anything. The only thing being made available is the non-recorded training.

Ideas?

According to this post this is a known bug they they are currently working on.
