Youth Protection Training Log In Problems

I am the YW President and when I try to log in to the new church Youth Protection Training site, I am told that my user name or password are not recognized. This same user name and password works on the main church site to sign in. One of my YW Advisors has tried and has a the same message pop up. She even tried resetting her password three times, and is still having the same message.

Is your membership record number attached to your Church Account? If it correct? If so, it may be that there are still some bugs at the new training site.

Completed training, however, at end of last slide, nothing prompted that I had finished or that I was now "Certified", or any acknowledgement that such completion had been added to my MR
N, or recorded in some fashion. Nothing prompted on screen that that was the last slide. Please Advise.

I had the same thing happen to me, so I turned off my uBlock Origin (ad blocker, etc) for that site and refreshed the window, then it showed I had completed the training with my name listed.

I also use an ad blocker. I would recommend disabling any blocker on the lds.org/churchofjesuschrist.org domains. You're not likely to get ads from them. <grin>

Not only does it help performance, but it prevents website problems.

I am having the same issue. I am logged in and can see/do everything just fine, but the training asks me to login again and gives me that same error "user name or password are not recognized". In looking at the support pages, I did notice this about making sure your MRN is added, which mine is. But it also mentions "Make sure your birth date is also on the account under Personal Information." Mine is not and there is nowhere to add it.

Ask the ward clerk/membership clerk to contact support. I don't think anyone can fix that except support.

While researching your issue I accessed my own account. It looks like the Church Account profile information has changed recently. It used to display birth date. That information is not there anymore. I am guessing the only way now for a member to check their birth date is correct or even present is to ask your clerk for an Individual Ordinance Summary (IOS). I am sure your membership record information is used for such data as birth date since there was linking between your Church Account and your membership record in the past.

I'm seeing the same thing.

But I would suggest what someone else fond to fix their problem: disable any ad-blockers or other browser add-ons. If not for the church domains, at least for the duration of the training.
