ordinance records

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. ordinance records

I can't seem to find any of my own ordinance records on lds.org in my account. How do I get a copy of my ordinance records, ie.: baptism date, etc.?

Your ward clerk or membership clerk can print a copy of your Individual Ordinance Summary for you.

If you have the Member Tools app, you can find it under 'Membership Information".
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
