Buenas tardes hermanos, mi nombre es Yeuris Peguero y estoy tratando de comunicarme con el fondo perpetuo para la educacion para hacer una solicitud, antes yo era participante, apenas regresé de la misión y quisiera solicitar de nuevo el prestamo y trato de pedir ayuda a un hermano del fondo, pero creo que no le llegan mis mensajes por Whatsapp. Tengo los papeles necesarios ya, pero la cotizacion tiene un tiempo de vencimiento y necesito hacer la solicitud, no se si podrian ayudarme por aqui.

Maybe someone has a better answer. My best suggestion if to follow the instructions on the web page.
