account password reset but still not regognised

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. account password reset but still not regognised

im a RS President helping a member assess her account so she can pay tithing. tithing payments are not allowed in person due to our covid19 rules. We reset her password with the recovery option where it sends a code to her phone. it said it was reset and we should be able to log in. Ive tried several times over the last few days and it wont recognise the password. ive logged into her lds library app with no problems with the new password. why can i not access her account? please help!
