syncing

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. syncing

On my I pad and cell phone my username and passwords are accepted, but when they start to sync it never completes the process. I have deleted the app, got new ones, changed my password and still no luck. Hope you can help me

Your issue is most likely not a Church Account issue but rather an app or service/server issue. To what app are you referring? There are other threads in the iPhone/iPad Member Tools forum that discuss sync issues. There are also threads in the iPhone/iPad Gospel Library forum that discuss download issues as well as syncing issues. Could one of those threads be what your issue is about?
