Unable to link account to Membership #

My wife was recently baptized and we are trying to set her up on line to do tithing, etc but have not been able to link her Membership number to the account we set up. Any assistance would be great.

If none of those suggestions help, the next suggestions is to contact your ward clerk. If he cannot solve the issue, he can arrange contact with the Global Service Center, and they can fix anything that can be fixed.
