Trouble with Account and Contacting Support

I can't get access to the email in my account (I have a new email now), I can't remember my password and I can't make a new account with my member ID. And apparently I can't even send a support ticket because the loading wheel cycles endlessly after I click submit. I made this faux account (without my member ID) with this new email solely for the purpose of getting help with this question.

made a donation 2/9/21 and want to make another but my account is closed? why? This is the second time I am locked out of my accounts to make donations. PLEASE HELP.

Your account can be temporarily blocked due to too many invalid logon attempts. This is generally resolved after 30 minutes of the last invalid logon attempt. If it is for any other reason you will need to contact the Global Service Department (GSD) to resolve the issue. You can get the GSD number from your ward clerk.

The Church just sent me an email (today is March 9) saying they processed my tithing donation and sent a withdrawal request to my bank for the same amount that they withdrew on March 1 for a donation I made on February 23. I haven’t made a 2nd donation???

You can go to https://donations.churchofjesuschrist.org, sign in and see your recent donations. There may have been an issue with the 23 February donation and they resubmitted it. But if you see anything unusual or if you want further clarification you can get the Global Service Department (GSD) number from your ward clerk and call them to get clarification on what is happening.

Except that the donation was already withdrawn from my checking account. Thanks. I will contact our clerk
