Location - Clearlake Ward (271403), Kiezer Oregon Stake (508276), MLS will not transmit (send/receive changes). We keep getting an error message (Error: 2 "unauthorized"). Same message regardless of who tries to transmit (Ward Clerk, Stake Asst Clerk/Technology, etc.).
We have rebooted the computer several times (both as a restart, and also with shutdown and turn power off), with no difference.
There is nobody available by phone to reset this from the SLC end. What do we need to do in order to resolve this so that we can do tithing (& finance transmissions) today?

Is this error occurring following the update to MLS version 3.6.2? Have you tried to do a complete install of MLS using the installer downloaded from the RKATS site on top of the current installation?
Has MLS been moved from one computer to another? If so, then contact LUS on Monday to have the security token reset.

Is this happening when your trying to authenticate a donation batch. If so it could be that the persons doing the authentication are not in a Standard Position or one that is authorized to authenticate a donation batch.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
