I was unable to "MOVE" (ARCHIVE OR DELETE) Outdated articles so I need help to do so, Please!??

I don't believe there is any such function. All you can do is edit and then select "Delete Article" in the lower right corner.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
