MLS - Input name of newly sustained person - but it didn't

MLS - Input name of newly sustained person - but it didn't

I removed an individual from a custom calling "Stake Activities Director" after a release. When I went back to input the newly called individual I selected the calling and input the person by name, selected the date sustained ...but it did not take.

I even tried "Add position" and after walking through all the steps the name of the individual is not showing up.

I tried another differently named custom calling to see if it was a "custom calling" issue but this time it took the name and I could remove the name.

Custom positions have had a number of problems. You may need to delete it. Some send/receives or even unit refreshes might be needed.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
