Moving Notes, journal, etc

Discussions about the Notes and Journal tool on LDS.org. This includes the Study Toolbar as well as the scriptures and other content on LDS.org that is integrated with Notes and Journal.

Moving Notes, journal, etc

My Son had an LDS.org account he has been using for years. But he never updated it with his membership number. Now, he is going on a mission. In the course of getting info submitted for his call, he set up a new account on LDS.org with his membership number. Now, he has two accounts and all of his notes, highlights, tags, etc are on the account that is not tied to his mission stuff. Is there anyway or anyone that could move this info to his new account? I know the next release is supposed to support sharing, but he leaves in two weeks and I would like to send him with all of his history in the right place, if at all possible. Appreciate any help!

Try the LDS Account help. They might be willing to merge the accounts; I don't know. Go to LDSAccount.lds.org. They've made it more difficult to reach a human, but you still can after jumping through more hoops. That's your only hope. I just helped a member with an LDS Account problem contact them today. The automated response says you should get a reply within 72 hours.

Just as a note for others, as it's too late for this one, but it would be best to add the MRN to the existing account.
