Can someone tell me where to find the procedure for removal of names of unbaptized members of record over 18 from MLS.

First, you need to carefully follow the procedure listed in Handbook 1, 13.6.2. Once you've done that, in MLS go to Membership Records > View and update > Other Record Changes > Cancel Record (or using the Menu, go to Membership > Records > Cancel Record).
