You might want to make sure that the file isn't flagged "read only". Never can tell about installers.

Ohhhhh. There is something else. It's a security feature. Right click on the file, go to properties and see if there's a "unblock" button. If there is, click it.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Actually now that it's finished, Windows is reporting it to be 89,840 KB.


Almost always, when someone gets this error, they have a corrupted file. Usually checking the size is the quickest way to tell.

I went to church today (saturday 30th Agust) and updated MLS 2.9 trought Internet.
All seem works well. We'll see tomorrow!
