You might want to make sure that the file isn't flagged "read only". Never can tell about installers.
Ohhhhh. There is something else. It's a security feature. Right click on the file, go to properties and see if there's a "unblock" button. If there is, click it.

Almost always, when someone gets this error, they have a corrupted file. Usually checking the size is the quickest way to tell.danpass wrote:I'm downloading it now and will see if I have any problem with it. What is the size of your file? Looks like it's supposed to be 87.7 MB.
Actually now that it's finished, Windows is reporting it to be 89,840 KB.
