Removing Incorrect Melchizedek Priesthood Ordination

Records incorrectly show young man as having been ordained as Elder last year. He has not been ordained. System allows for changing "performed by" and date information but appears to not allow removal of nonexistent ordination.

You'll probably need to contact the Global Service Center to make the change.

Do you know how the ordination accidentally got recorded? It might be worth checking to see if there's another member who was ordained, but whose ordination was recorded on the wrong person (the young man you mention).

Thanks. I'll try GSS.

The only other priesthood advancement started but not completed in the past several months is a young man who is still in progress.
