Go to ldsaccount.lds.org, and click on "Security Settings".
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.

When I click on the reset password link, I get an error message "Your information has been changed, but not saved. Please save or cancel your changes." even when I haven't made any changes. I cannot get past this message. I've refreshed and logged out and back in. Any assistance?

You might try a different computer or a different browser. Sometimes things like security add-ons, cookies, etc can cause problems.

I had the same problem: in both Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit) and Firefox 56.0.1 (64-bit) I got the message "Your information has been changed, but not saved. Please save or cancel your changes." displayed below the "Security Settings" title. I tried both browsers on macOS Sierra and on High Sierra - same result.

The developer tools console reports the following two errors:

Code: Select all

satelliteLib-2da8b72c738ff3cb4aa28f023ad5dc95221be339.js:10 A Parser-blocking, cross site (i.e. different eTLD+1) script, https://assets.adobedtm.com/05c94072b1046aef0dc9b195809b4d2429a0d30a/mbox-contents-4d805c15c04dacf9c938d6443701b57f38816611.js, is invoked via document.write. The network request for this script MAY be blocked by the browser in this or a future page load due to poor network connectivity. If blocked in this page load, it will be confirmed in a subsequent console message.See https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5718547946799104 for more details.

And then the following error:

Fortunately, I tried Safari Version 11.0 (13604.1.38.1.6) and it finally worked.

On a hunch I tried in Firefox Private Mode and it worked. Then I tried in Chrome Incognito Mode - where I have LastPass enabled and it failed. When I logged out of LastPass left the page and came back it worked. It would seem LastPass is breaking the page - as was stated that sometimes add-ons can cause problems.
