Re: Changing password
Go to ldsaccount.lds.org, and click on "Security Settings".
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Re: Changing password
When I click on the reset password link, I get an error message "Your information has been changed, but not saved. Please save or cancel your changes." even when I haven't made any changes. I cannot get past this message. I've refreshed and logged out and back in. Any assistance?

Re: Changing password
You might try a different computer or a different browser. Sometimes things like security add-ons, cookies, etc can cause problems.

Re: Changing password
I had the same problem: in both Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit) and Firefox 56.0.1 (64-bit) I got the message "Your information has been changed, but not saved. Please save or cancel your changes." displayed below the "Security Settings" title. I tried both browsers on macOS Sierra and on High Sierra - same result.
The developer tools console reports the following two errors:
And then the following error:
Fortunately, I tried Safari Version 11.0 (13604.1.38.1.6) and it finally worked.

Re: Changing password
On a hunch I tried in Firefox Private Mode and it worked. Then I tried in Chrome Incognito Mode - where I have LastPass enabled and it failed. When I logged out of LastPass left the page and came back it worked. It would seem LastPass is breaking the page - as was stated that sometimes add-ons can cause problems.
