Password Reset Text

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Password Reset Text

I keep getting multiple password reset text messages for my account. The problem is I am not requesting them. It appears that someone thinks their username is mine. Any ideas on how to make them stop?

Until they log in, there's no way for anyone at church to identify them. If they were breaking the law, then the police could probably track them down based on the IP. But I don't think this rises to that level.

They'll figure it out - eventually.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
