Our branch conference is tomorrow. I just checked, and the Officers Sustained Form from CLR has not been updated to reflect the current First Presidency and new President of the Quorum of the Twelve. Any recommendations to get an updated form?
My current backup is to manually enter the information, perhaps with a web-based PDF editor, but I figure there must be hundreds of wards and branches having conferences, so we all have this problem, right, so I figured I'd raise the issue here. Would the "Feedback" link would be a better place to ask?
Thanks in advance,
Bro. Carroll

I appears that the English form has been updated but other languages have not.
There are 11 types of people. Those who understand Gray Code and those that don't.

As of 30 min prior to the start of the meeting, the English form was updated, but not Spanish.
We used 20th century technology: cut the list o names from the English form and staple it to the Spanish form.
The work of salvation moves forward.
Thanks for your support!
