Full time missionary not shown on LDS Tools iPhone app

Is this missionary at the MTC, or has he / she arrived in the mission field?

I have heard of missionaries at the MTC not showing in the "Serving Missionaries" section of LDS Tools. I'm not sure if this is also true for lds.org/directory.

I'm willing to bet that after he leaves the MTC, he'll show up in LDS Tools. I've brought this to the attention of the LDS Tools team before.

I have a similar problem. None of the full time missionaries show up as having callings in our ward. They are listed as being "members without callings." When I go to the website LDS.org, under membership, they are correctly identified as being full time missionaries. But on the iPhone version of LDS tools, their callings do not show up. In the windows version of LDS tools, they are also not shown with any callings.
