2 accounts

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

I have been having trouble getting on to my Account. I finally found that I have 2 Accounts. How can I delete one account and update the other so I can use LDS Tools?

The answer to all three of you is that you will need to have your ward clerk help you contact the Global Service Center. They will be able to combine the accounts or delete the account that is not needed, as appropriate.
