Unable to access TempleWorker program

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. My wife is currently unable to access the templeworker program...she needs it to do her work at the temple...

I suggest contacting the temple. There's no one here who can help with that.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
