The Signature Card menu option in MLS now routes the user to LDS.org (https://www.lds.org/finance/#/expenses). Once I am on LDS.org I cannot find any way to access the signature card. I am a new Stake Finance Clerk and we need to update the card. The steps outlined in https://lds.org/help/support/signature-card no longer apply since it seems to have moved from MLS to LDS.org. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

In LCR (https://lcr.lds.org) from the menu select Finance > Reports > Signature Cards

Thanks for the quick reply. Under the reports drop down menu the only options I see are Action Items, Budget, Financial Statements, and Expense Request Forms. There is no Signature Card option.

It may be part of the new finance version that looks like it is being activated in stages.

If you don't have the new system yet, I suggest just waiting.
If you do have the new system, I would contact support.
