Hello,
we were given 2 PCs for family history in our ward but do not have the passwords for them, so they are useless. We are in London in the UK. Is there a master password we can use to get into to the PCs to sort this out?

Re: No passwords for our FH PCS!
In the past, I've seen the password on a slip of paper packed with the machine.
If it's not there, I'd contact FHC support.

You didn't say who gave the computers to you. If they were from the Church, then Family History Center Support should be able to help you.
My favorite trick for resetting an unknown Windows password is the "sticky keys" trick, which you can find with a Google search.
