Patriarch scribe

We just called a sister to act as scribe for our Patriarch and i am looking for someplace in LCR to add her call so that she will have access to type and send in the blessings electronically.
I cant seem to see anywhere to add a scribe or assistant

In our stake they are recorded as custom positions, so I'm assuming there's a way in the patriarchal blessing app to mark them as scribes that gives them rights.
From the help it looks like it is in the settings in the app.
