Here we would turn in a FIR report on it and let FM handle it.

That is exactly what I did a few weeks ago when the cleaners reported two broken vacuums. They are both fixed now.

Funny story. A few weeks ago, I went to our meetinghouse to take a turn to help clean the building. A fellow member had the front cover off one of the Windsor Sensor vacuums, trying to figure out why the bag full/system clogged light kept coming on, and shutting the vacuum off after a few seconds. The bag and filter had already been replaced. Shining light into and through the various parts of the machine didn't reveal any obstructions. We eventually found the cause. A couple of clear plastic sacrament cups were caught right at the beginning of the hose, where it meets the wand. The top of the cups have just the right diameter to pass through the tip of the wand, but firmly get lodged and completely block the passage of air when they reach the hose.

Well, they are recyclable. Now if we could just get the recycle code . . . [grin]

Did you mean the store where the vacuum cleaner was purchased? If so, they are undoubtedly purchased through the FM group through a wholesale distribution network, so nobody in a local unit would have any information on that. (In results of a web search, the username "MikeKnopfler" appears in a few places in connection with vacuum cleaners, so perhaps that's what was meant.)

Or, did you mean the store where the cups were purchased? If so, the link in the post right before yours would inform that the Church manufactures the cups themselves. There was no "store" involved.
