Unit statistics is reporting total members as 19 when our Ward is obviously much bigger than that.
When I click the 19 total members, it displays the 19 young women in our Ward.
How do I fix my account so the proper unit statistics display properly?

There isn't anything you can do directly. It may correct itself automatically when it next recalculates the statistics but you may want to call the Global Service Department so they can pass it on to the developers to look at.

Re: Unit Statistics reporting incorrect numbers
Since you reported this in the Leader and Clerk Resources forum but the issue is with a report in Member Tools I would first check to see if the same issue is occurring in LCR. And since it appears to likely be only a Member Tools issue then use the in-app feedback to report it to the app developers.

It also is creating the error in LCR - UNIT STATISTICS report. See attachment.
I removed and re-installed the app too. But as you can see from the screenshot, its not just in my Member Tools App. My account is jacked.

Since they both get the data from the same place, that is to be expected.

Re: Unit Statistics reporting incorrect numbers
There have been a couple of suggestions in this thread:
- Contact the Global Services Department
- See feedback using the in-app feedback in Member Tools
