How to get a report of expenses for a specific category for last year?

Another followup. I just got an email from the GSC telling me that they submitted my "feedback" to the finance team -- and then they told me that I should go send Feedback on the LCR page. (I replied that that was how all of this started. :) )

I tried to report this as well back at the end of January (ticket GSC05135144) but they thought it was a glitch in my browser and unfortunately I have not had time to follow back up with them.
