Where to find temple recommend information

In the Member Tools app, under “What’s New”, it says that members can now view their temple recommend information (see attached screenshot). How do I view the information?

That is just the settings for the expiration reminder and does not show any recommend information.

The recommend information can be found in the [MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION] tab.

Note that you have to be at the "individual" level and not at the "household" level to see that tab.

I am still confused about where to find it.

• Find and tap your Household name.
• Tap the Household tab.
• Tap your individual name.
• Scroll over to the Membership Information tab. Just below the Full Name section is the Temple Recommend section which will show the recommend status and the recommend expiration date.

Note: Even if you are a household of one you still have to go through the steps provided.

You might want to ask the stake clerk to look into it. He is the one who activates the recomend and matches it up to your Membership Record Number. If it hasn't been activated or it was activated under a different MRN that would explain it.

I'd also check that the MRN on the Church Account you are using matches your record. If the system thinks "you" are someone other than the person you're looking it, I'm not sure if it will show that information. I say that because I've seen cases where people use their spouse's account "because they see more" and then wonder why it doesn't function correctly for them.

Assuming we're talking about a regular recommend and not the limited ones used for youth, No.
I'm not sure if the limited ones show up.
