Donations made to the ward (or using the regular online Donations option on the Church website) will be visible to the ward clerk and financial clerk(s) in addition to the bishop. There's no way around that, at least that I know of.

But members do have the option of making donations directly to Church HQ. These can be monetary donations or donations in kind. For details, contact the Church Finance Department. If the member chooses that option, then even the bishop won't know any details of the donations. Of course the member is free to share any details with the bishop, but the member can always declare his or her tithing status during tithing settlement without the bishop knowing any amounts.
