Closed Caption in General Conference videos?

I recently made some clips from General Conference for personal use.

While I am able to make clips from the web or mobile Gospel Library, I noticed that closed captions are not available in either.

Is closed caption not available for General Conference videos?

I am thinking that closed captions are not available in general conference videos, at least in the video player on iOS.

From what I recall in other threads, a big issue is standards. There's a standard for putting CC in an analog video signal. There's apparently little standardization for putting it in a video file. Some players support having a separate CC file.
