General Conference talks not available for download anymore?

Why are many (most?) general conference talks no longer available for download on the website? For example, I wanted to download this talk https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/stu ... s?lang=eng but there is no download button. If I try to go the media library on my computer, that entire conference is not even listed.

Has something changed? I now have to use 3rd party software to download the talk from youtube instead...certainly less convenient...
