Blurry pixelated images. Hard to index

#1

Post by Epinedo »

Hi everyone. I was trying to index a baptism record from Jauja, Peru but I had a hard time reading what it said because of the pixelated images. Is there a way to improve the quality of those images with software or contact someone from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints so that they can provide me with higher quality images for indexing? Psdt: here's the link to what I want to index https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903 ... cc=1877097

If you go to the Web Indexing page and look at the bottom of the page, there is a feedback link. This is the official way to report issues with indexing. You can past a link to this thread in your feedback if you want to. There is also a green button at the top right corner of the Web Indexing page that states "Community Help" where you can post questions and concerns. They recommend you include the link to the batch in question to so the volunteers can better help you.
