Our building has a Rane Commercial RPM 88. Unfortunately this isn't supported anymore, and therefore I can't find the dragnet software to configure the unit.
Does anybody happen to have a copy of the Dragnet software that I can get a hold of?
Anyone have the Dragnet software?

If the system isn't working or not doing what's needed, I'd work with FM to have the changes made and not try and modify the system on your own.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

If you report a serious sound system problem for a chapel before Wednesday that affects the ability to hear in sacrament meeting, the Church standard is that the problem will be fixed by Sunday. It does not always happen, but it usually does, based on my experience.
