References pane auto-scroll sync with content pane?

My brittle brain's memory is about 95% certain that until recently the References pane automatically scrolled in sync with the main content. (OK, I didn't screen record it, nor have I exercised the due diligence in looking up any documentation that this was indeed a feature.)

It doesn't now.

The likely answer is I am remembering incorrectly. Is that the case?
If not, is there a setting I inadvertently toggled off?

I don't use Gospel Library for Windows much, but I just tried it tonight and the references pane did scroll with the content (at least in the Book of Mormon). I did not see an option to change the behavior in the settings.
