Entire Website Down?

If you go to thechurchofjesuschriat.org - it says it cannot be found. If you search anything on the main website it says it’s not there?

That spelling was wrong, but the site was having problems yesterday and today. I could view the site OK as long as I didn't try to log in - when I tried to log in I got a page not found message.

Other pages are now appearing to load correctly. I have not tried incognito mode yet - have never needed to in the past, but have read it helps other web issues on occastion.

And it wasn't just the spelling of the URL, either! The problem did seem to go away (mostly) within an hour, for which I am very thankful. (I just had to get at least one of those in for today.)

There was an outage on the main Church website. The cause is still under investigation. Various pages were occasionally getting an error page. When I was testing, hitting https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/ would sometimes get an error, and sometimes correctly get a redirect to https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/?lang=eng where hitting the second link would not get an error.

Refreshing the error page would often get the correct page.

We failed over our load balancing systems and this seemed to clear it up. We failed back to primary and things appeared stable again.

I have submitted feedback and they have escalated it.

If I search for "daily messages" (with or without quotes), it appears in the search results, but when I click on the link, I get a page not found error. Refreshing the page makes no difference. Attempting to access it in incognito mode makes no difference. I have tried with Chrome mostly - one attempt with Firefox yielded the same results.

The main website https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/dai ... s?lang=eng has been down for me since November 20th. I can access a few of the photo links on the front page but nothing else will load. It is frustrating if it just lasts one day, but I have attempted MANY times in the last 3 weeks and just keep getting, "this page isn't working." When trying to submit feedback, the same thing happens. Please fix this soon.
