Biometric Hardware Unavailable

Hi after the last update of Member Tool 4.1.0 I can not use the app.

this what happend to me

I enter in the app
Log in with LDS account
show the message in the screen "Updating"
Show the message in the screen "Biometric hardware unavailable"
The app close


I have re installed many times but that not works, I also have installed others past versions of the app but nothing happend.

Please help me.
