True, but once the Zoom account is successfully transferred, you can easily change the primary email address within the Zoom profile settings.
So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.

This is good news.

Unfortunately, when I go to meet.churchofjesuschrist.org and click on the Zoom Accounts for Church Units button to enroll, I'm presented with the following error:

Error: System cannot find the church units you are associated with. Please try again later.

Does anyone know what this means?
I'm wondering if my info in LCR is not complete, perhaps?

If you are getting an error trying to create an account, please complete the feedback form in the portal so we can track outstanding issues and communicate directly with you if we have additional questions or a resolution. Thanks!

I'm the STS. I created two accounts for two units. One unit called me AFTER they had approved the account. They asked me to remove it so they could use a different e-mail. I went to the site and removed the account. When I tried to create a new account, I received an error ("Error - Cannot create a new Zoom account"). I figured it would take a day or so to fix it.

An hour later, I was asked to create a new account for the stake. I went to the site and selected the stake and entered an e-mail address. Now I get the same error for that request ("Error - Cannot create a new Zoom account.")

I filled out the feedback form.
Unfortunately, the GSD doesn't service this. Any suggestions about how to fix this expeditiously?

@bartj I read the message you sent to me but the system won’t let me respond to you as I cannot yet send messages since I only recently started using the forum. Any other suggestions?

I am getting the same error that it cannot create a Zoom account. Happens for all units and email addresses I try to use, after I setup the first two units.

@mikerowaved When you say "once the Zoom account is successfully transferred, you can easily change the primary email address within the Zoom profile settings." what does successfully transferring the Zoom account consist of, if not changing the email address?

Neither of you has the correct calling. If you read further up the thread, you will find the following:

No, it's not.
bartj wrote:We took a look in the system at the users who reported only getting access to the Google Meet enrollment page and found those individuals did not have the correct calling associated to their record. In order to create a Zoom account you must have the Stake Assistant Clerk - Technology Specialist calling.
...
In the future the ability to create these accounts may be expanded, but for the time being you must be a Stake Assistance Clerk - Technology Specialist.
scgallafent wrote:To verify your positions, go to the Church Account page and click on the Membership link. (https://account.churchofjesuschrist.org/membership)

If you don't see "Stake Assistant Clerk--Technology Specialist" there, you don't have the right position to accomplish this task.
bartj wrote:Yes, only an individual with the Stake Assistant Clerk - Technology Specialist calling can create Zoom accounts. There is an Assistant Technology Specialist calling, individuals with this calling cannot active accounts.
We're happy to be here to help, but please take the time to read through prior messages and see if your question has already been addressed.

Any help you can provide around the 500 error “Cannot create Zoom account “ would be appreciated. I was able to set up two units. Whenever I try the third I get this error, regardless of email address or unit.
If I remove a unit, I can add it back again. But the third unit fails with this error.
