Didn't make a difference for me. Looks like something strange is going on. Hopefully they are working on it.blythgoe wrote:I'm going to have my Stake Clerk remove my other calling to see if that makes a difference.

I'm not an 'out of unit' member.russellhltn wrote:Any possibility of being an "out of unit" member? I'd imagine that would create some issues.

I'm having the same issue. The Stake Clerk added me to the position of STS on Saturday and it still is not working for me ... I still only get the option to create a Google account, nothing for Zoom.

Thanks for posting. Nice to know I'm not the only one.kd7hto wrote:I'm having the same issue. The Stake Clerk added me to the position of STS on Saturday and it still is not working for me ... I still only get the option to create a Google account, nothing for Zoom.

I now have access to the Zoom portal. No changes on my side. It must have just taken a few days to get my position in LCR synced up.

I'm unable to see the zoom portion (only the google meet). The calling in LCR for me is "Stake Assistant Clerk--Technology Specialist", does it need to be something different than that?

That is the correct calling. It usually takes 24 hours to spread through the system in case is was just recently entered.dwesemann wrote:I'm unable to see the zoom portion (only the google meet). The calling in LCR for me is "Stake Assistant Clerk--Technology Specialist",
Another challenge is if you also have another calling in LCR. If so, you may be subject to a multiple calling glitch that does not yet seem to have been solved.

On the page to request Zoom licenses, it states this:
Would I "provide" my email, or the email of the Bishop of the ward asking for it, or the 'tech' person in that ward handling the broadcasts? An activation email will be sent from Zoom to the email address provided above after clicking "Request License". Follow the instructions provided in the email to complete the activation process.

Also, I can't open the PDF for this announcement. It gets to 12K and stops every time. If anyone is monitoring this topic, maybe you can review/update the pdf document.
