Newly created ward not on the list to assign a Zoom License

Newly created ward not on the list to assign a Zoom License

I am the Stake Technology Specialist and we just recently split a ward in our stake and created a new ward. When I go to https://meet.churchofjesuschrist.org/home/zoomenroll to assign a Zoom license for the new ward, the new ward does not show up on the "Unit" dropdown list. How do we request to have the new ward added to this list so we can assign a Zoom license?

How recently? It may still be working it's way though the system. You could send a email to mht at churchofjesuschrist.org.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

It showed up in CDOL and LCR on Wednesday, Jan 27, 2021. I will try to reach out to MHT and see if they might be able to help or at least give me the timing in which it shows up automatically.
