user name

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Log onto the churchofjesuschrist.org website and edit your account by selecting the My Account and Ward menu link and then selecting Account Settings in the My Account column. Alternatively, sign in directly to your Church Account. The default page for either access method will be the Personal Information tab/section. Scroll down to the fourth item titled Username and edit your username in the text box.
