Update Staples ship to address

Does anyone know how to update the Ship To address in Staples? Typically the Staples ship to address updates automatically when a unit leader changes and CDOL is updated which works fine for a bishop or stake president, but in the case of a FHC director it doesn't seem to work as well.

Our current FHC director is trying to order supplies through Staples using the FHC unit number but the previous director's address is listed. She remembers having to call or contact someone else (Staples or CHQ, doesn't remember) to have it manually changed. The current FHC director's name has been in the CDOL for a year now so its not a matter of waiting for an information flow to update the system.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You need to email the Staples contact who handles the church's account. You'll probably need to contact the Global Service Department to get that email address.
