Service Missionary submission replaces my name with my spouse’s name

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Service Missionary submission replaces my name with my spouse’s name

I am attempting to apply to be a service missionary at a Temple. The applications are received by the Temple with my spouses name. On the application the name field is populated with my spouse’s name and is grayed out and not editable.

I'd go back to whoever you applied with. Either they selected the wrong name or used the wrong MRN.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Do you see your own membership record number at Account.ChurchofJesusChrist.org > Membership, or is it your spouse's membership record number?

They might have to look in Member Tools to know. Temple recommends are not reliable. If they happen to have a IOS, that would work too.
