Quarterly Report 1st Quarter 2021

Can we correct attendance reports and get the quarterly numbers to update? If so, how long does it take for the data to sync up?

It might help if you were to read the prior messages and see what else has been posted.

06 Apr 19:59 -- "There is a slight delay, but it should update within a few minutes. I reproduced what you're seeing and we are investigating."

The issue is still not completely resolved. I expect to run a manual pass shortly to synchronize changes made in the past 24 hours. The real-time sync process is still waiting for a resolution.

I’m receiving a similar problem. Even though EQ, RS attendance info is entered, it is not pulling to the report.

Thanks to all who've contributed to this thread. I only started reviewing our ward's report today and your comments quickly answered a few questions.

Breaking in new resources can be interesting. Keep up the good work y'all.

I'm having the same issue. A post above said to hold off until Tuesday, but it is now Wednesday. Should I give it another day or two for it to update? I'm brand new to this calling (about a month in), so this has been a tad confusing. I appreciate the help.

There is a built-in five-minute delay from when data is entered until the changes are made to the quarterly report. That allows time for changes to be handled in batches rather than making an individual quarterly report update every time an attendance checkbox is changed.

Im still having issues. I click edit but none of the fields open up.

When we attempt to edit to submit data for the quarterly reports, the program will not allow changes. Tried three different browsers and had an IT guy assisting. No Joy
