Non-transfer of class details from MLS to LCR

Please can anyone suggest how we can correct an error found in LCR class records.
We have five members of the CTR 5 not in LCR, but are as should be in MLS.
Also, an 11 year old sister not shown as advanced to YW?

In LCR, go to organizations, then the specific class or organization, then members, then there is a plus symbol in the lower right to add members to that class or organization. Use the spyglass box next to identify the person by name and then add them where they should be.

Just as a wild guess - eons ago, MLS allowed the creation of non-member records. That feature was taken away, but I'm not sure what happened to existing non-member records. Or, it's possible that they were entered as out-of-unit records (particularly if the parents are divorced and the children are alternating between parents.)

But bottom line, LCR is more adorative than MLS. I'd check LCR to make sure the records are there. Then you can check what class they're in.
