How can I access the local Directory of my Branch? I have entered all info into my account - membership no, etc.

When you login on the main church website there is a link on the right to the directory and map. It will take you here:

https://directory.churchofjesuschrist.org/

Your Church account needs to be linked to your membership number in order for this to work. Your current account does not appear to be linked to a membership number, so the site does not know what ward/branch you are in.

This is where you can go to see if your membership information is correctly linked to your account:
https://account.churchofjesuschrist.org/membership

If you try to enter your information and you get the error that it exists, then you have a different account tied to your membership information. If you don't know which account that is, you can attempt to recover it at https://account.churchofjesuschrist.org/recovery and select the "Church Membership Information" option.
