My sister's account and password can't log in
The mailbox she used to use was deleted
The mobile phone number has been changed
So she couldn't log in
I don't know who to ask for help
She needs to get her account number and password back
I need to rescue my sister account and password!!!!!

The third option did not help
Because her mailbox was deleted by YAHOO
She hasn't been in for too long and has been deleted

Contact your ward clerk for the phone number of support. Your sister will need to call, they won't work with anyone else.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
