cant access my account

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

cant access my account

The lds.org is making me change my username and everything is correct but it won’t let me access my account information 😡

lds.org now redirects to churchofjesuschrist.org. If you can't access your account, contact your local clerk or the Church help desk. It looks like your current account did not contain Church membership information when you posted this, but it looks like it does now.

Is your issue resolved?
